Re-captcha not working – Urgent

Thanks for sharing the screenshot and the CSS. We would like some more information from you to investigate this case further.

– Kindly ensure you’ve added the Recaptcha field to the form and select the same version of the key you were generated for. You can refer to this doc as well:- https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/forminator/#captcha-field.

– Would you mind sharing the page URL if you’ve already added the field and it is still not working? It could be that another theme or plugin is conflicting.

– You can share the form export file with us using Pastbin.com or Google Drive (Note:- the file visibility should be set to publicly ref:-https://support.google.com/drive/answer/2494822#share_publicly&zippy=%2Cshare-a-file-publicly)

please find the drive link for the form, Also to make sure, I am using the same key I have generated for from Google.

Please let me know, what can be done next, the code I have shared below is generated from the console only –

Although to make you clarify on this, that none of the css has been applied which says, display none etc…, But still captcha is not visible, I guess the issue is in export file, Thanks!

I tried importing your form on the test site and I’ve integrated the Google Recaptcha V2 (V2 Checkbox + V2 Invisible) I couldn’t replicate such issue on my end.

To investigate further, Will you share the form page URL with us? It is possible that the theme, Optimization plugin, or something else is conflicting.

Additionally, you can conduct a full conflict test If your hosting offers a staging site without affecting the live site traffic.

Also to confirm you one thing, only forminator is active on this staging site, I have deactivated rest plugins.

Thank you for getting back to us with additional information.

It appears you are using a custom theme, and the Forminator asset files are not loading correctly. To investigate further, could you please switch to a default WordPress theme, such as Twenty Twenty-Five, and check if the issue persists?

It will work though in twenty twenty five as its a default theme from wordpress, although your feature for captcha will work on any of the fresh website, But I want to use this existing site, Is there any way out your team, can resolve this?

Since the Formiantor reCaptcha works fine on the default WordPress themes, this appears more to be an issue with your custom theme. Have you brought this to the notice of your developer?

Since this is a custom theme, the support we can provide is limited. Also, we do not have access to the theme files to diagnose the issue further.

Would it be possible for you to share the theme files with us so that we can take a closer look and see if we can help you further?
