Hi all,

until now Jetpack was working fine. But then today I mentioned an error, which told me to do a reconnect to Jetpack. I did. I disconnected to Jetpack and wanted to connect again, but this doesn`t work. ??

A message is telling me something about “site inaccessibility”, but nothing changed at all. I deactivated the plugin and activated it again, but it is still not possible to reconnect.

Need your help, urgency. All my css are no longer availabe. ??

Failed to connect to jetpack.wordpress.com port 80: Connection timed out

Jetpack uses your site’s XML-RPC file to communicate with WordPress.com. Unfortunately I cannot access that file on your site at the moment:
https://www.gewaltfrei-miteinander.de/xmlrpc.php

If you use a security plugin to block access to the file, you’ll need to configure it to allow incoming and outgoing connections to /xmlrpc.php.

If you do not use such plugin, you’ll want to contact your hosting provider and ask them if they currently block access to your site’s XML-RPC file.

Great! It is still not possible to access the file, but I checked my firewall Settings and disabled it shortly! Tada, reconnect was possible. ?? I found out a special security settings.
I guess it has been updated and I didn’t′t mentioned it.
