    Hi,

    We are in a situation where we will get traffic from our parked .com domain sveasolar.com and the traffic will be re-directed to our live site sveasolar.se. But the site/publication that will give us this traffic demands that they can only link to a .com domain and that the visitor lands on the English version of our homepage which is sveasolar.se/en (created by weglot plugin). However this cause a re-direct issue because WordPress automatic re-direct function kicks in as it does not appear to view sveasolar.se/en as a true page. Re-direct checker show me this:

    We use plugin 301-redirects for our other re-directs but this redirect rule seen above is not created there. Nor in our hosting environment, this has been confirmed.

    Hello,

    Yes if you go to https://sveasolar.se/en it will not work

    Try to add a slash at the end
    Try https://sveasolar.se/en/ instead and let me know

    I have another question about how the plugin works. Since I cannot find the English translated pages under the pages tab in WP. How do I for example set specific meta descriptions for the English version of the pages?

    You can do this directly in your weglot account , in “Translations List”, you will find all your translations and you can manually edit them
