    I am trying to create a PAGE in WP that whenever the link to that page is clicked on in WP; it would automatically take them to a page on our website. Would we just put a simple redirect html code in that WP page or not? Thanks!

    There are several plugins that will do this.

    Also if you have menu functions support on this particular theme, you can have external links on the menu. If not, you can add menu functions to your functions.php
