Re-Importing Goods After Install

Hi I love this plug-in, thank you so much for it!

One question: I had to do a fresh install of WP because of some issues that the site was having. Is there a way to recover all of the goods and categories that I had created before the new install? All of the files are still in the WP directory where I had it installed before, but nothing is showing up when I reactivate the plugin? Thanks so much for the help!
