Re-naming image does not re-name URL

Having quite an issue with users uploading a lot of screenshots without re-naming their files first, which means URLS for individual images are shocking as its just date and time stamps, but the users are re-naming images once there on the website.
Can you make it so that when you re-name an image it updates the filename and URL slug for it to match.
