Re-ordering of galleries not working

I cannot re-order my galleries in a custom order.
The first problem is, I can’t order for all galleries due to pagination in the galleries overview. How can I move a gallery from one to another page? Why can’t I view all? That would be simpler.

When I re-order the galleries, the galleries are random moving to total wrong positions. It is impossible to choose my own ordering?!
