Re-publish and re-send post to subscribers

Hi,
Great Plugin!
I used to be able to Publish a post and send it to a Test list.
Then I would return the post to Draft and then Publish it again to send the list to my Public list.
Just tried it now, and nothing was scheduled for sending. Does the send remember when a post was already sent? And how can I bypass that to have the post sent when I try to publish it now?
