    Good day

I have imported a csv file with my list of Subscribers. This list contains about 700 entries.
However, when done, it only successfully imports about 200. So I took it upon my self to start entering the rest manually, it is tiring I must say!! and I cannot keep doing this, something must be done.

When I was entering, i reached entry 496 and my site went it maintenance mode as the limit was reached. I removed some unnecessary plugins to gain some more space. Nonetheless, my question is, why is the uploading not working properly? If I upload some more, then only a couple of names are imported. I understand the subscriber limit is 2000? no?

  • The subscriber limit has nothing to do with the amount of subscribers you import. If you are running into an import problem that might be a constraint on your server.

Talk to your host support staff and ask them to increase your PHP variable: max_execution_time to at least 300. They will know what to do.

    Hi there

Our server host has increased the PHP max_execution_time to 300.
However the when i upload my csv files, no entry is imported into the list. I have chopped my list into 5 parts of a 100 entry on one csv file.., to no avail.
