Re-use front page template for other pages

Hi all,

I am building a site based on the Optimizer theme. The front page looks really good, but the other page templates are a bit blend. I would like to use the front page template -header as a basis for some other pages. Does anyone know how I can do this? I already tried adding it to the template-parts directory and removing the header code from the file, but I can’t get it to show up in wp_admin > page-edit > page attributes > template options.
