RE: viewing uploaded files

    Hi,

    I purchased this plugin, and have implemented it at: https://artsandcraftsstroll.com/?page_id=33

    I have been emailing support back and forth for some time verifying that the plugin was properly installed and working.

    Vendor registration has started, and I can’t see any images that are supposed to be uploaded (3)

    Not only can’t I find them on my dashboard, or the plugin backend. I questioned what I needed to do to see these images yesterday morning.

    I received an email this afternoon simply referring me to the FAQ.

    Not only was the FAQ item linked hopelessly vague. I waisted 36 hours.

    I’m posting here because the formerly helpful tech support has decided to become non-responsive.

    This is my first attempt at a WordPress site, not to mention, implementing this plugin. Please help

    Hi,

    The WP uploads are stored into the folder “wp-content\uploads\”. For an upload made today the exact folder that stores the uploaded files will be probably “wp-content\uploads\20155\”, note that the year number and month number are included in the path.

    The FAQ entry was about adding a link to the uploaded files into the email since that’s the easiest way to access to the files with one click:
