Reactivated Jetpack and lost all stats

I deactivated Jetpack the other day but when I reactivated it again all stats were gone. I’ve seen around the forum that this seems to be fairly easily fixed by someone on the Jetpack/WP end. I’m hoping someone can please help me as well? Not sure how I can fix it.

The reason I deactivated was because I copied my entire site to a new domain but am not ready to go live with it yet. Duplicating the site also duplicated the Jetpack connection which confused me (and the connection).
