    Before opening a new topic, we’d like you to take a minute and read this topic first. If you follow these guidelines we might be able to provide faster and better answers.

    Paid Customers
    Paid customers or users interested in one of our paid versions need to open a ticket on our website. These forums are only to offer support for the free version of Paid Member Subscriptions.

    Search the forums
    Try to search the forums about your problem, someone else might have stumbled upon it already and the answer is in that topic.

    Look inside the Documentation
    Our documentation pages for that specific feature you’re having a doubt about might already have the answer to your question.

    Having an issue ?
    Start by reading the Frequently Asked Questions, you might find your answer there.

    If you can’t find a solution to your problem there, before reporting, please take the time to perform a conflict test. Basic steps are the following:

    • Deactivate all plugins except Paid Member Subscriptions and also switch to a classic theme like TwentyFifteen and then check to see if the issue is still happening
    • If not, the cause is most likely a conflict with another plugin or your theme, so you will need to activate them back one by one and check again until you find the one that’s causing the issue
    • If it’s still happening, our plugin is at fault

    After you’ve done this, please open a topic explaining the steps to reproduce the issue and conflicting plugins/themes (if that’s the case).
