• I needed a software for my website for customers to be able to sign up for classes. I did a little research and after reading the reviews for Bookly, I decided to give it a try. I downloaded the main software plugin. I set up services and employee profiles, but soon realized that I needed an addon plugin for recurring appointments. I also had to install another addon plugin for payments. After spending over $150 on the software and plugins, the software would just not do what I needed. So, I submitted a refund request to the Bookly team. They responded with a refusal of refund and gave me the following refund policy outline:

“Neither Envato nor authors are obliged to give refunds in any of the situations listed below.

? You don’t want it after you’ve downloaded it
? The item did not meet your expectations or you feel the item is of low quality
? You simply change your mind
? You bought an item by mistake
? You do not have sufficient expertise to use the item
? You claim that you are entitled to a refund but do not provide sufficient information as to why you are entitled to a refund
? You can no longer access the item because it has been removed or the author who previously provided the item is no longer active on our platform (we advise you to download items as soon as you have purchased them to avoid this situation).

The plugin is materially similar to the description and its description never misleads potential users. When the purchased item doesn’t fit anyone’s business or doesn’t meet expectations, there is no obligation to provide a refund.”

This policy basically says we just want to sell our software and we don’t care if our customers are satisfied or not. I was blown away. I will NEVER by another software created by Envato. Beware if you are thinking of purchasing this software. They will not refund you under any circumstance as outlined by their policy above.

  • Hello.

I think I’m looking exactly what you did.
And your experience help me a lot, because I was thinking buy it according to the description.

By the way, what are you ussing?
I want a reservation calendar for teacher’s private classes, then I’m looking the way them have their own reservation panel where they can accept classes request.

    Do you find something?

    And thanks for your review.
