    These forums here on www.ads-software.com are where we provide support for the free B2BKing plugin. The rules of these forums do not allow us to also support the (paid) Pro plugin here.

    If you use the paid B2BKing Pro plugin, please open a ticket with us via https://webwizards.ticksy.com, as we can better assist you there – this site is our support platform for the Pro plugin. There we can also help troubleshoot, investigate and resolve issues directly on your site if you provide us with site access.

    We are happy to help either way, and feel free to let us know of any issue via any channel, but following the above rules will help you get the best and fastest response possible.
