There’s an ?open? and ?close? TAG

Hello, I’m having this same issue. I can click on Read More, but clicking on “Show less” does nothing. I have copied/pasted the code, including open/close brackets, exactly as you have instructed.

I have my site pointed to WordPress in a subdirectory, not the root. Could this be part of the problem? It was working well before.

Hi maybe ther’s is an conclict with another plugin. Please deactivate all other Plugins to see if it works. If you have identified the plugin, please tell me what it is, so i can test it.

Nope. I deactivated all plugins except for yours, and it still won’t collapse when I click “Show less.”

ok thanks for this tests. Then it must be something with the theme which I can not solve. I’m really sorry but the Plugin works on many different sites.

You can temporarily activate a different theme to find out, whether it is.

Yes, it works fine on my other website. I think it has something to do with how my site is configured from the root directory. Oh well. Thank you!
