Read Me TxtFile Hacked

Not blaming you on security, but I installed your plugin on WP site, this afternoon, after a scan I was alerted to a change in your .txt read me file.
Just so you know this. I deleted that file, I assume some had changed the file to read: updated to version 4.6 from 4.7. May want to check your text.
