Read more button in German

I am just making my site new and chose Flash as theme. I currently have it displayed as “under construcion” page. I made a child theme to change the design how I want. I am creating it first in german. Eventually I want it to be in german and english. But for now the german version first. The button “read more” from the FT Blog widget is still in english. I wonder where I can change the content of it to the german “Weiter lesen”. Do I have to access the template for the widget somewhere to change it? Or do I have to change the language settings somewhere? Help please. Let me know if you need me to deactivate the “under construction” plugin.
