Read more button not working

  • The “read more” button not working for expand content in place. I have tried numerous setting but no luck. See my settings: https://prnt.sc/fN9aC-jFg-Vd. Bear in mind some testimonials the read more button does expand text and for some testimonials it just does nothing. I think when the text is shorter than specified in the setting, it does not work for those testimonials.

    I have seen a lot of people posted about the same topic for months yet no resolution? I really loved this plugin and was a regular user for years. Not sure i will continue to use it after this bug and lack of support.

    Well it’s not being fixed. You have been saying this for months. Last post I saw someone complained about this exact same issue was 6 months ago and yet you are still saying it will be fixed? When exactly?

    It’s very annoying that this bug has not been addressed yet, it’s been over 8 months already. I still have to keep the old version 3.1.7 active on multiple websites that I manage.

    @beatrice12 is there a plan to fix this bug any time soon?
