[Read more] for post excerpt is not available

    Hello!

    In the post editing options, I can modify the excerpt, but I can’t add [read more] afterwards. In “screen options” the “excerpt” function is not available.

    How could I configure it, please?

    Have you tried switching your 2022 theme to 2023, and does the issue still persists?

    Well, according to my dashboard, the theme is updated. However, the function [read more] was available on my previous domain (it was changed recently conserving all data).

    The simplest solution is the best one, in many cases. I cleaned all cache, deactivate my cache plugin, modified the loop on homepage introducing “read more” on corresponding box after excerpt and the changes were saved.
