READ MORE not showing

    Hi, I have added the READ MORE block to most of my blogs, except the very short ones. The text gets truncated on the Blog/News page, but “READ MORE” does not show. I would like this to be a clickable link. Not all our students realise that they will have to clicke the title to open the full post. They do not even realise that what they see is not the full post.
    I do not have a child theme, and would prefer not to get one. Please help!

  • are you using the setting:
    ‘Customize’ – ‘Theme Options’ – ‘On archive pages, posts show:’ [x] Summary

    if yes, try to set it to ‘Full text’ and use the ‘more tag’ in each of your posts.

    Michael, such an easy solution! Thank you – I changed the theme options to “full text” and it worked instantly. THANK YOU again!
