Read more tag is not working

  • I have used read more tag/element in my classic editor, but when I publish the page and check for results, it was not showing anything like Read more and read less, the content is showing the same even after I used read more tag, I have attached screenshots where you can see, I have added readmore, and other one shows nothing than the normal text.

    Please check into this issue and resolve it asap.
