    Greetings!

I am just wondering if there are any plans to add a read-only display of the object’s ID on the View/Edit pages in the WordPress Admin? It appears that currently the IDs are only appearing as a column on the index pages. A lot of the shortcodes on the website I am developing are using IDs from Posts, Pages, etc. as parameters/arguments. It would be really helpful for our administrator users to be able to see the ID of a post as a read-only text field on the edit page. I know the value is currently in the browser’s URL, so it can’t be hard to display it on those pages – right?

    Thanks for the awesome plugin!

    Hi Steve,

well, as you already mentioned yourself the ID is simply be visible in the browser’s URL, so would it make sense to print it elsewhere?
