Read the values from url when there is no parameter

Hi

I want to set 2 hidden input fields in the contact form that read the values in the URL. The structure of the URL is like this:- https://www.example.com/value1/value2. I have modified the structure of the url using add_rewrite_url function.
There are no parameters are passing in the URL. Is there any way to read the values from URL.
