Read this before asking questions

Some general guidelines on Relevanssi support:
- I generally look at the support forums once every weekday, so you can expect a fairly swift answer.
- I only look at the first page of posts, so do not respond to threads that have fallen off the first page; I won’t see your posts there.
- I won’t be able to work on your site, that is something I can only do for Relevanssi Premium customers.
- If you are a Premium customer, do not post here. Use the Premium support form.
To make things easier for me and to facilitate faster answers, here are some things you can do:
- Don’t just say “search doesn’t work”. That can mean many things, and I can’t tell what it means. Tell me what you expected to happen and what did happen and what didn’t happen. The more precise you are, the better I can help you.
- Relevanssi knowledge base has a lot of material and answers to many questions – and a Relevanssi-powered search, so maybe you could try searching there first?
- If you are reporting a searching issue, it’s very likely I’ll ask you to do the first two steps from Relevanssi search debugging instructions. If you do that before asking and post the results to your question, there’s a good chance I’ll be able to give you the answer right away.
