It’s here! After nearly two years, the new (and completely re-written) MailPoet plugin is finally ready to use!

    It’s Still in Beta!

This new version is still in beta. As such, please be aware that there will be issues and bugs. For now, we highly recommend that only power users install the new beta plugin.

To use the plugin, you will need to know how to enable/disable a plugin via FTP as well as be able to report issues to our development team.

Please note: the new MailPoet Beta is not ready for WordPress Multisite and right-to-left language users.

You can also try the beta demo here.

    What about the current version?

This version does not replace the current version 2. The original and stable version of the plugin (MailPoet 2.X) still has its own plugin page.

How Often Will the Beta Be Updated?

We’ll send out updates every Tuesday.

How Long Will the Beta Phase Last?

At least 3 months. We want to make sure it’s perfect.

    Hi,

I have just installed MP3 Beta on my test site, but I can’t find anymore the statistics page for the sent Newsletter. Have you removed it?
    Thanks

@fmarzocca please create a new topic if you have a question.

    Hi,

    I have installed MailPoet 3.00 Beta 21 and would like to uninstall it. I have tried the uninstall plugin but it seems for the old version as it tries to remove SQL tables with different name, such Wysija Drop query: DROP TABLEzone_wysija_user;
In the actual database I have table with this naming format: – zone_mailpoet_forms.

Could you please to provide the plugin to remove version 3.00 beta or instructions on how to remove it manually?

    platform: wordpress 4.7.2 + WC 2.6
    Thank you!

@olarionov MailPoet 3 does not clean up the database when it’s uninstalled from WordPress. There is no dedicated “uninstall” extension and you need to manually remove all mailpoet_* tables. If you wish to continue this discussion, please post a separate question on the support forum.

Hi, Thank you for the reply.
So removal of DB tables would be all that is needed? Do we need to clean roles and other configuration items that old uninstall plugin does?

    Thanks again!

@olarionov Nothing else. We contain all settings/etc. to our own tables without polluting the rest of the database ??
