Make sure to go through the Koko Analytics knowledge base and the frequently asked questions before posting here.
Found a bug?
If you identified a bug in the plugin, first ensure you are on the latest version of the plugin and that you have emptied your browser cache.
If the issue persists, please open a new issue on GitHub.
If you’re not sure it’s a bug, search the forums for similar threads and see if any of the proposed solutions work for you.
Asking for support
When asking for support, please include as many details as possible:
- What version of Koko Analytics you’re on.
- Any error messages from your browser console or PHP error log.
- How we can reproduce the issue.
Asking for new features
If you have a feature suggestion, please post it in our GitHub discussions idea board (or vote on a similar suggestion).
Priority support
We try to offer support as soon as we can but if you need priority support over email, consider purchasing Koko Analytics Pro..
