    if you are experiencing issues with the plugin please read entirely our FAQ before posting a new topic in this support forum. Also, please search the forum for similar issues. Unfortunately www.ads-software.com does not allow to restrict search to a specific plugin’s forum, but you may use some trick as described here. Most of the times issues are caused by conflicts with other plugins or themes, which may prevent our plugin from working as expected. In order to troubleshoot issues please complete all steps in the FAQ and provide all the relevant information when you start a new topic. If you send a too generic support request we won’t be able to help you.
