    As @etoilewebdesign is fully aware and has been warned about this more that once, if you are a customer of this author, or paid the author for code, a plugin or a service, you cannot post in these forums for support.

    These forums are for users of the free plugin hosted here. Once you have made any purchase from the author then you are a customer and you cannot be supported in these forums.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales and refund topics as well.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
