I tried to replicate using the same theme and it worked just fine. Refer to this screenshot, please.

Please try temporarily deactivating all of the plugins installed on your site except this plugin. If it fixes the issue then there’s a plugin that causes the issue. Re-enable the plugins one by one until you noticed the issue comes back. The last plugin you just reactivate is the culprit.

I can’t lose even one of them.

Hello, I’m experiencing the same issue. Already disabled all plugins and the problem is still there. The website is using Divi theme.

I switched to another plugin that does the same and it works ok: Reading Time WP.

Hi Herman, the site was already built when I started working on it and the issue was already present so I can’t give much information, sorry!

I have the same issue.. deleted cache , deactivated and activated the plugin, used shortcode, all settings double checked and are correct.. using the 7 theme..
