Readability Analysis and links

Hi!
I am new to seo world and probably doing something wrong.
To make a long story short let say I have a 100 word text and Readability is green/ok. More than enough transition words, subheadings, Flesch Reading Ease test shows 80%+ – almost every aspect is green.
Now I need to add 10 links – and Readability turns red.
Even 2-3 links will turn it to yellow/red sometimes.

So here is a question. Is it any way to exclude links from Readability Analysis?
