Readability is red

  • So I have a page and I add text that contains tons of health related terms. Once I saved it, under the readability column, I see the red circle. Why I have that and how can I fix my page to remove this red circle please?

  • Are you using some type of readability analyzer or plugin that’s showing you that?

    If you’re using Yoast SEO, it means that the way that the text is written is hard to read – according to a computer algorythm amyway.

    The only way to “fix” this is to re-write the content of your page. You might need some professional help to do that, and there’s no guarantee that it will help.

    One big thing to remember is that the readability is not a big deal. If the text makes sense to people reading it, it’s fine. There’s no need to worry so much over something that may not be an issue at all.

    I don’t see that readability column anymore today. maybe my contractor uninstalled it or something. i’m not sure. i’m curious to find out how that readability appears there too.
