Readfile File_get Disabled???

  • I am attempting to install a theme through FTP client, I have to packages to install. One is the main theme package itself and the other is the “Installer.Php” package. After I install them and go to the url which they are located I get a long message which includes this “The server currently has readfile and file_get_contents disabled on this server”

    Any Ideas on how to fix this, it is preventing me from installing the theme clone on to my site.
