Reading Woo Commerce shortcodes to create a customized account space

Hello,

I’d like some help with a problem I’m having with the Woocommerce extension: I’m setting up a members’ area where my customers can find information specific to each of them and their purchases, some of which is linked to the articles visible on WordPress, and others to the Amélia extension, with which I sell a service. The WooCommerce “account” widget didn’t allow me to customize the interface and add these two tabs, so I used a Tab wigdet from EKIT, on Elementor Pro. All shortcodes other than those of Woo commerce work perfectly, as does the logout.

Whether on a simple WordPress page, an Elementor page or the EKIT Tab widget, not a single shortcode worked, despite PHP, JavaScripts or HTML codes. I’ve also tried reworking the WooCommerce settings, using extensions to force codes to be read, and checking for conflicts with my other installed extensions. Even with only WooCommerce and WordPress, the shortscodes are not read and executed. Another piece of information: in the WooCommerce settings, indicating my “member’s area” page as the “account” page to which to point overwrites absolutely all the code and setup I’ve done to install the WooCommerce widget (which doesn’t work for me).

How do I get WooCommerce to read my shortcodes and allow me to point to the subjects I want (a tab for downloadable products purchased by the customer, another for tracking orders, etc.)?
