Readme file only removed on manual updates, not automatic updates

  • Well, some progress. I disabled automatic updates on a few of my sites after 4.2.3, and following today’s 4.2.4 update, I noticed that the readme file did not return on the sites I manually updated. It still returned on the sites that updated automatically. At least now we know where exactly things are going wrong, so hopefully someone can figure out how to fix it…
