We made this plugin freely available to the community and are happy to give support to it, but to ease support questions, please follow this guide:
- Mention your WP version AND your WooCommerce version. It’s very important that we can recreate the issue to solve it.
- If there is a live test/developer version of your website, it might help to mention the URL. If you don’t want to mention the live url publicly, send us a mail trough the contact form on our site.
- We are happy to introduce new features, but only if we think it would benefit everyone. If the requested work is too custom to use for other people, we’re happy to integrate it for you personally. Same here: contact us on our website.
- Be grateful and respectful. We’re trying to help you. Don’t expect us to work for you at your pace for free, we’re having our own work and families. Honest reviews are always appreciated.
