Read/unread status incorrect

    Great work on this plugin!

    For development feedback, I wanted to let you know I’m experiencing two issues with it:

    • On the main forum index, Forum A is marked as “unread”. When I go to that forum, all the topics are marked as “read”. If they are all “read”, the forum itself should be “read” as well.
    • When I visit an “unread” topic, and return to the forum page (pressing CTRL+F5 to clear the cache), the topic is still marked as “unread”. The topic should be marked as “read” after visiting it.
