Ready Review Theme Header Change

Hi there. Im wondering if anyone here can help.
At the moment I am limited to a small box at the top left hand side of the page however I would like to use a full width header image/Banner .jpg and wondered if there was any way to change this within wordpress?
I am no coder im affraid.
