ReadyGraph banner still displaying after clicking X

The other support post on this was marked resolved which it wasn’t.
So there is a x to click to close the banner, but then it comes up again on the next reload.
Ridiculous. Stupid. Very Annoying.
How do we close it PERMANENTLY?
