ReadyGraph [Subscriber Automated Email] Not Working with Quick Cache

I have Simple Subscribe Plugin – https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/simple-subscribe/
And it’s not working since I installed Quick Cache.
Same goes for my Jetpack Subscribe Function.
It didn’t sent any email since Quick Cache is installed.
