Real Estate suggestions?

Hi there,

I am currently discussing a new website with a client of mine. The client wants a website where people can list their properties (e.g. holiday accommodations) for a specific price. Potential clients need to register, choose a listing plan and upload their property. After that, people can rent those properties through contact with the owner, but also direct booking with PayPal and hopefully other payment methods.

I already ran into Cubescripts, but this does not fulfil all my needs, as I prefer to work with WordPress.

Any suggestions? Please let me know
