Real newsletter doesn't get sent

    I have setup SendPress 1.2.10.20 and have created an email.

    If I send the email using send a test email it arrives just fine.

    If I then try to send the same email to a list (only two contacts in the list), nothing is sent.

    The Queue reports show nothing in Active, nothing in Stuck, nothing in Send History and nothing in Send Errors.

    Any Ideas?

    Hi marcoscunhalima,

    When you go to send an email does it show correctly in the preview window? it looks like the permalink option for sendpress are not working. Could you try saving your permalinks and resending an email.

    Could you also send a test to [email protected]

    Hi Josh

    Just sent test email to you.
    I’ve been through the permalink error before (it warns you) and then I’ve worked it out and it shows OK in my browser and the link works (everything works at test email).

    thanks for the email. I am going to run a few tests on our side and see if i can recreate the problem. It looks like you have Postman SMTP connected to SendGrid. Is that correct?

    Hi Josh

    Yes, that’s correct. Postman is my “gateway” and I’ve connected it to GMail (first) and then to SendGrid both unsuccessfully.

    I think Josh found a conflict with Postman. Glad it’s working.

    I’m not sure. I could be mixing it up with a fix for wp email delivery. I’ll see if I can find out.
