real time GA data broken when used custom settings for Container code placement

    use your great plugin on https://www.vuurdoosjes.nl

    When used in connection with genesis plugin ‘Genesis Support for Google Tag Manager for WordPress’

    Container code placement: Footer of the page (not recommended by Google, no tweak in your template required)
    it all works

    when used:
    Container code placement: Custom (needs tweak in your template) it all works accept real time GA (current implementation)

    When used: Codeless injection (no tweak, right placement but experimental, could break your frontend) nothing works.

    Any idea why real time does not work for ‘Custom’?

    I just made a new install, and I could not get any real time analytics. None of the options work for me.

    Hi,

    Genesis has now native support in my plugin. Just select “custom” placement but do not use the PHP code shown in the admin area and deactivate this plugin as it can conflict with mine.
