You can import using the core CRM, the CSV importer PRO is fuller featured but you can certainly use the lite version.

You access it via /wp-admin/admin.php?page=zerobscrm-csvimporterlite-app on your install.

The user is allowed to review without starting a support topic first, they had a bad experience, you may have a dialogue with them, find out why they didn’t see the pricing ahead of time for example, or why they couldn’t find certain features (it may be a learning experience for all) but their experience remains valid.

Normally, I would’ve redacted the swearword… but honestly it’s a bit hard in this case as they’re literally quoting your plugin name.

Not seeking to avoid feedback, just find it unfair when they state something which isn’t true. Will work on making things clearer, but if you install the plugin it’s literally on the main menu “Contacts -> Import” – I’m not sure how one could miss it.
