Really good but slow to download pages

  • The whole theme is great, layout is easy to set up just the way you want it. Otherwise a 5-star theme, but after changing to this theme, my pages load really slow, which might end up being a dealbreaker in the long run.

    Is the demo site also loading slow for you? It looks fine to me.

    The load time for the demo site is much smaller. Based on a few site speed tests, the biggest difference is caused by the featured images (resizing, querystrings and, unspecified dimensions). Once I removed those the load time went from 6.2s to 3.9s, whereas the demo page loads in 2.9s.

    same here, far too slow. Pity as I really liked the theme.
