Really good support and a great product

  • The support for the plugin is extremely good, I had an issue, opened a ticket on supportcandy.net and within 24 hours had it resolved.

    The functionality provided for the free version alone is phenomenal.

    It’s the best support ticket plugin for wordpress I’ve come across.
