• I have used this tool a lot, and really appreciate it. BUT it shouldn’t be called a migration, or a clone, because It’s not either one of those things! When the result is a mixture of the source site and the destination site, NOT a true copy/clone/migrate of the source site, then it’s useful for some things maybe, but not reliable and trustable for migrating a good site onto a bad one. They should really make this much more clear in the promotional page and docs.

    (sorry www.ads-software.com admins, I just realized this is my second review for this plugin, which seems wrong. But can’t figure out how to delete it. If you can, feel free. I’ve added these comments to the prior review.)

    We purposely do not delete anything from the destination site. In the absence of proper backups, this can lead to unnecessary loss of data.

    Hence, we take an overwrite approach. We recommend customers to setup a clean WordPress site, if they want to ensure that there are no remnants lingering around.
