    Hello Konstantin,
    Really need to be able to change cancelled attendees status to confirmed. Would that be so hard to do. I had someone try to buy tickets but couldnt get through paypal. They sent payment through us mail.All info shows up in Attendees as cancelled. Would like to be able to change status to confirmed.

    If somebody sent you a payment by any other means than the ones offered by CampTix, it’s easiest to create a 100% discount coupon and let them use it during their ticket purchase.

    Konstantin,
    I have seen your post indicating to use the 100% discount coupon. The only problem with that, In America people would take me to court and say they had a 100% discount coupon and ask a judge for the money back.
    I see this as a work around but not a good one. Is there a problem in
    adding the code to address this? I have seen others ask this same question and given the nature of event sales it would seem that this is a necessary feature.

    That’s not really a problem. Others who have asked, have sorted it out with discount coupons. If you’re worried about the legal side of it, you should just hire a lawyer ??
