Really poor customer support

I have a paid version of the plugin for my website. The profile form that I created doesn’t allow people to remove a profile photo they’ve uploaded. I raised this issue with WeDevs customer support. Aurangzeb replied to me the first time with a solution suggestion which didn’t work. I informed him that it didn’t work and then got a reply saying that the WeDevs tech people would work on it and get back to me. There was no turnaround time given. When I asked for some details I was told to be patient. There have been no replied to my follow-up messages at all.
Waste of money frankly. Paying for a premium plugin isn’t just for additional features but for customer support as well.
Update: After this review, I got a reply to my email within a day and the issue was resolved. Read into that what you will.
