Really Simple Captcha does not work on English but other languages.

Hi,

Would like to know why captcha images do not generate on English page but do generate on other language pages. It results in a broken image link.

If you switch it to other languages, you will notice that it works well.

File and folder permissions to the wpcf7_captcha are correct, all writeable and readable. As well as the file ownership.

Could it be that the name in the shortcode has to be unique amongst other language forms?
